Will I run out of AI usage?
Generous monthly token allowance. Most months you won't get close. You can see your usage in the dashboard so there are no surprises, and if you do hit the limit you can add a top-up pack and keep going.
What if the AI breaks my site?
Version history with one-click restore. Preview before publish. And you can export the full site as HTML anytime, with zero lock-in. We've also wrapped the agent in tested skills so it follows pre-vetted patterns instead of winging each implementation.
Is SiteShip a static site builder?
Not quite — and the difference matters. The source looks static (plain pages, templates, data, theme tokens, all version-controllable, exportable as HTML anytime), but the live site is rendered dynamically on every request. So contact forms actually submit, scheduled blog posts publish on time, gated content works, Stripe checkout works, and pages can react to the URL or the visitor — none of which a true static generator does without a separate backend. Think of it as the simplicity of a static workspace plus the capabilities of a hosted CMS.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Custom domain plus SSL is included on the paid plan. Connect it from your dashboard, we handle the rest.
Can I run multiple sites on one plan?
Each site is its own subscription at $20 a month. Two sites is $40, three is $60, and so on. Each site gets its own dashboard, custom domain, and monthly credit allowance.
Do you support team accounts?
Coming soon. Single-user accounts at launch — team features (multi-user editing, roles, white-label) are on the roadmap. Let support know what you need and we'll prioritize.
How is this different from Lovable, Bolt, or v0?
Those are app builders that meter tokens and don't host your site. SiteShip is an agent-native website engine with hosting, custom domain, blog, forms, and SEO included — plus a generous monthly credit allowance and predictable $20 bill.
Can I export my site if I leave?
Yes. One-click HTML export, anytime. The site is yours: plain files you can host anywhere. We just happen to host it really well.
What's your refund policy?
14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription — if SiteShip isn't for you, contact support within 14 days of starting your paid plan and we'll refund you.
